Accessing and Managing Other Accounts
Introduction
The Manage User Profile page gives you the ability to change the name, phone number, email address, and password associated with your PDI login. If you have multiple organization accounts associated with your email address, the Manage User Profile page gives you the ability to access those additional accounts and change the account accessed upon your initial login.
- The Manage User Profile page is accessed by clicking the User Icon button and clicking the Manager User Profile button.
Changing User Account Settings
Changing your Name or Phone Number
- Click on the User Icon located in the top right of the screen.
- Click on the Manage User Profile option.
- Use the First Name, Last Name, and Cell Number text boxes to make your updates.
- Click the Save button.
Changing your Password
- Click on the User Icon located in the top right of the screen.
- Click on the Manage User Profile option.
- Check Mark the Change your Password checkbox.
- Use the Enter New Password textbox to set the new password.
- Retype the new password in the Confirm Password textbox.
- Click the Save button.
Changing your Email Address
- Click on the User Icon located in the top right of the screen.
- Click on the Manage User Profile option.
- Check Mark the Change your Email checkbox.
- Use the Enter New Email textbox to set the new email address
- Retype the email address in the Confirm Email textbox.
- Click the Save button.
Accessing and Managing Other Accounts
Accessing your Other Accounts
- Click on the User Icon located in the top right of the screen.
- Click on the Manage User Profile option.
- In the My Other Accounts section click on the name of the account you would like to access.
Changing the Default Sign-In Account
Changing a default account will change the Organization Account a user will see upon logging in.
- Click on the User Icon located in the top right of the screen.
- Click on the Manage User Profile option.
- In the My Other Accounts section activate the checkbox for the account you would like to make your default account.Note: Activating an account as your default account does not log in to that account.
