Introduction
Logging into your PDI User Account can be done in two different ways. The first method is using the email address and password combination that was set within the PDI system. The other method allows you to log into PDI using a Google account associated with your PDI User Account.
Signing Into Your PDI Account
Signing In Using Your Email and Password
- Use the Email Address textbox to enter in the email address associated with your PDI Account
- Use the Password textbox to enter in the password associated with your PDI Account.
- Activate the I understand and accept the PDI Terms of Use and Privacy Policy check box.
- Click the Sign In button.
Signing In Using Your Google Account
- Click on the Click Here To Sign In With Google button to select the account you would like to use to log into the PDI system.
- (Optional) If you are not already signed into the account you have clicked on, log into your outside account.
Issues Signing In
Click on Forgot Password? Click Here below the Sign In button. You will be taken to the Forgot Password page.
- Use the Enter Email Address textbox to enter in the email address of the account.
- Click on the Send Recovery Mail button.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
2-Factor Authentication
If 2-Factor Authentication has been activated for your account, once you have entered your email address and password, you will need to enter an additional code to access your account. You will find this code in the Authy app on your mobile device. Enter the code from Authy into the text box and click Submit before the timer expires in the Authy app.
Entering in your 2-Factor Authentication Code
- Enter in the code from the Authy app into the Enter Security Token Here text box.
- Click the Submit button.
