Viewing an Individuals Polling Place
Introduction
During the election cycle PDI will provide accounts with ballot return information. The frequency of these updates will vary by county as well as the election cycle. Our update schedule is based on when we expect to receive data from each County Registrar office. If files are late, please do not contact the Registrar offices. They are not obligated to maintain any schedule for us. Calling them only causes more delays.
Election File Updates
Election file updates can be viewed are viewed in the Election Voting Updates widget on the home page. The widget features 3 columns: County, Last Update, and Polling. The County columns list the name of the county. Last Update displays the date the last time the election file was updated. Polling displays the last time polling places were updated.
Viewing VBM Data
VBM counts are viewed in the Support and Mail Statistics section on the home page. This section will displays the count for the mail ballots that have been sent out during the current election cycle as well as the mail ballots that have been returned. If you do not see ballot information, click the refresh button in the top right corner of the Support and Mail Statistics section to view the latest counts. If your you still do not see any mail ballot information after refreshing, make sure your account is set to the correct election cycle in the Account Settings page. Ballot return universes can be created in the Create Voter Universes page by activating the Returned Ballots (Voted or Returned Postal Delivery) check box in the Early / Mail Voting tab.
Viewing and Individuals Polling Place
Once polling places have been added to your account, polling places for individual voters can be viewed in the People Lookup page. To view polling places in the People Lookup page, you would execute a search just as you normally would. In the search result box you should see a new column featuring a green Polling button. Click the Polling button to display a map for that individuals polling location. If you do not see this column, click the Edit Grid Fields link at the top of your search results and activate the Polling Site check box.
